Got Cabin Fever?

If you like all of the snow that we have been having in the North East please stand up. All of two of you can now leave the room.
Listen to me rant:
I am so sick of all of the white stuff falling from the sky. My feet are wet and cold. I have had the same meal 7 times in the last three days. And I am one more snowstorm away from packing up all of the RowZones and driving back home to Florida!!
I HAVE CABIN FEVER AND CAN'T TAKE IT ANY MORE!!!
So here is my plan:
We are opening up both RowZone locations for these hours tomorrow:
9am - Noon
3pm - 7pm
The goal is to come in and row a 6k all at once. Everyone rows for FREE!! Bring a friend. Bring a family member. Bring a pet. Whatever!! The only catch is that whoever comes in will have to row 6,000 meters without stopping. NO MORE CABIN FEVER!!
It's time to assimilate back into the real world!!!

The Crew Effect...

There is a special feeling when you are part of a crew. The days of conquering your fitness goals, married to your ipod and dating US Weekly are sadly coming to a close. Working out in a group setting is a great way to motivate yourself! If you see someone giving a little bit more energy next to you, chances are that you will step your game up. If someone has lost 30 lbs and that is where you are trying to get, well GOSH DARNETT that just might inspire you.

Attention RowZoners!!! The 6:30pm Core Class is in for quite a shock in ALL of our locations. Our own stock expert Ricky Cruz has masterminded the RowZone Business Index workout that will start on this Wednesday!
Tune in tomorrow for a preview and an explanation. The 6:30pm class will never be the same! Especially if Apple discloses poor earnings tomorrow (hint, hint)!
F(AB)UARY is coming to the RowZone...

Abs. Six Pack. Flat stomach. The one elusive workout goal that has had people working for decades to get with minimal results. While diet is very critical, abdominal training is commonly performed incorrectly. Crunches alone will not yield the proper results, you have to train all of the muscles around your mid-section. But what exercises should you do? No need to fear, RowZone is here!
We are placing an extra emphasis on abs for the ENITE month of Febuary! Every class will consist of at least 12 ab excerises and trust me...you will feel the burn! We have renamed the shortest month of the year and will now only refer to it as F(AB)uary!
Are you ready to see more results in your mid-section than ever?! I hope so!

The RZ Leader Board is Back...
We are bringing back the leader board for both of the RowZone Manayunk and RowZone Rittenhouse locations!!!
There will be a separate leader board for both locations, then there will be a universal RowZone Leader board for everyone.
We are trying to track how many meters that you will row in the year 2010. The official count will begin on January 4th 2010.
We have plenty of logcards available at both locations so pick one up when you get a chance.
